I. Airbag:
1. Production Capability
We built a new comprehensive workshop covering the area about 7500
in 2007, the production capability of automobile airbag reached
750,000 sets/Y.
2. R&D Ability
Profile: Jingheng company owns specialized research departments for
technology and products, which are responsible for R&D of new
products and new technology. There are 77 members in R&D
department, including 8 masters, 50 bachelors and 17 junior college
students. We have professional software (AUTOCAD、CATIA) and
hardware for development.
Scientific research and Development: Currently, the products we are researching involves side curtain
airbag, smart airbag system(which meet USA market demand) and KAB.
The development of curtain airbag will be finished at the end of
2007.Smart airbag project has been set up. At present, we have 35
new product R&D items in all. Now, we develop airbag for 40
vehicle models of more than 30 automakers, such as Red flag, Xiali,
Chang an and so on, taken up 85% of famous brand auto market in
China.
Technology introduction and cooperation: We established long-term cooperation relationship with JiLin
University, HuNan University and other institutes. Additionally, we
have special cooperation with TNO- the international famous
engineering company.
3. Quality, safety and environment-friendly
Pass the quality certification: we passed TS16949 quality system
certification on November 23,2004; Passed the verification of
changing certificate in September,2007.
Pass Compulsory Certification:
Quality and environment protection: Passed 14000 environment system
certification on August 25, 2006.
